Rear SS badge positioning

Hey everyone,

Could someone with a 2019-2024 car be so kind as to upload a few photos of the rear SS badge placement? I bought a replacement badge from Chevy and I'd like to adhere it as identical to an OEM placement as possible.

If you could include photos with a tape measure or ruler, I'd really appreciate it. I think a measurement from the edge of the license plate area and another one from the top of the black diffuser would be helpful (I included examples of what I mean), but I'm all ears/eyes if you guys have any better ideas.

Thank you

Looks like 4” in from the license plate cutout and 5.5” up from the rear bottom valence/diffuser.

Thanks so much for this. I didn't know this until right now, but the 2019+ models have a different rear bumper than the 2016-2018 models. The 2016-2018's have a trapezoidal license plate area, whereas the 2019+ models have a hexogonal license plate area with a body line/crease going through the middle corner. So, it looks like I need photos from a 2019+ model.

You learn something new every day, I guess!

Tried lining it up as close as possible, third photo showing I’m at the 2nd crease closest to the emblem

(Time for a wash it seems lol)

Thank you!! Probably time for a wash indeed

Could I bother you for one more measurement, whenever you have the chance? Could you please let me know how far the bottom of the SS badge is from that body line right underneath of it? Looks to be about an inch from your first photo but I want to be exact.

On mine it looks like 3/4" from the bottom of the badge to the top of the crease (right where the reflection changes)
