Jet nuts
Who's you're go to supplier for jet nuts when replacing rotor rings. Seems foolish to spend $100 per wheel for new hardware when the only non reusable piece are the locking nuts. I will be working through issues so I am probably swapping out rings several times over the next month.

McMaster-Carr is a frequent go-to for lots of people in the automotive industry (including lots of pro race teams). However, although they have the right size nuts, they do not have that size in their high-heat lines shown on that page. The 6100PH105 that DBA and others use is a silver-plated stainless alloy called CRES A286. I doubt any of these MC offerings will suffice.
The best price I see for these nuts (deez nuts) on a quick search is Raceparts.com. They have them for $3.99 each, so $39.90 per rotor. Youc an get the actual DBA part (6100PH105) from GoTurbo for $4.22 each. OTOH, you can get a full set of 10 of these nuts plus 10 bolts for $43.20 from Wesley Motorsport. This seems like the best deal: even if new bolts aren't strictly required, if even one has been damaged by the locking nuts then you'd come out ahead.

I bought a set of hardware I won't name the supplier yet because we are still working through quality issues and after going through the process and understanding how the crimp nuts, springs, H brackets all work the only thing I see that needs replaced are the nuts. I have ordered another set of bolts and nuts from another supplier for $40 a rotor, I think I can walk into Fastenal and they can probably order the ones I need. I plan on swapping rotors out to trial and test. I think I can get these nuts for a couple bucks each locally, seems suppliers are marking these up at least 100%. I am trying to test aftermarket rings on OEM hats and see if the cost savings are worth buying the aftermarket or stick with OEM. I already did a track day with the aftermarket rings and I'm waiting on my new set of bolts and nuts so I can collect some stop distances with the aftermarket rings before I change back to OEM rings for my next track day. I know after a track day and autoX day the nuts have loosened up and created a rattle so I prefer not to spend $80 every time I swap out rings.
