2023 convertible top maintenace
hello all just wondering if anyone has any info on if there is a spray or something that one must apply to 2023 convertible top before storage for the winter

There isn't something you must apply. I use the chemical guys convertible cleaner and protector

Get some RaggTopp from Amazon. The kit comes with a cleaner and a protectant. I got a special brush that looks like an old fashioned shoe polish applicator to clean the top. Works good.

Raggtop cleaner, and Raggtop or the Porsche branded protectant. I had awesome luck with the Porsche stuff. Superb water beading / repellant. Sold the 911S but still use that on my wife's Audi TT.
Also, get a couple of those "trigger" can sprayer attachments, they'll help a LOT. And some of that paint drape plastic with the blue tape attached to mask off the rest of the car. That stuff will leave a residue on paint and windows. Do it in a well ventilated place, too. Holy crap I got super light headed doing it in my garage and I'd shut the door because it was windy.
