I'm a dumbass!
So yah, I was backing out of a parking spot and went to pull forward and hit the curb, ran over it with my front tire and had to back up back over the curb. The wheel is fine but omg I tore up my siding, I'm so upset at myself.....Soooo, would it be better to do an insurance claim or to do it out of pocket?

Nm, I found an oem replacement on ebay for $375, I doubt the paint will match with car at 28k miles, but will be cheaper than insurance now I think. Has anyone swapped out their zl1 sideakirt before? Looks pretty simple.

Has anyone swapped or installed their zl1 sideskirt? I can't find any videos on it, only zl1 style splitters which aren't the same.

In case anyone ever replaces the side rocker, couple tips are to take the bottom snap in connectors and put them on the car first. Align the top holes, them you can just tap the bottom into the clips. Pretty easy, just be wary of the front 3 clips, they have adjustment and may need to move a little, mine did.
