Anyone ever get the P057C code

So went to remote start the Camaro and no go. So I start it and showing a CEL light is on.
So I scan it and get "P057C code". Search of that code and it says that its the Brake pedal position sensor. I have not seen this one on forums for the Camaro so thought I would check to see if anyone else has had this? OEM GM part is available and not expensive. Just looks like Ill have lay upside down under the dash to switch it out.

If the car had trouble starting then it might be a weak battery. Low voltage can cause phantom problems and trouble codes. If the brakes are working properly then I would clear the code and see if it comes back. I would also recommend getting the battery checked.

2017 with original battery would immediately be suspect.

Battery was replaced in 23 and its kept on a tender, its not a power issue. The remote start will not work if a CEL is detected. I had not found where this was an issue on the forum for us, the Cruze and other GM vehicles yes. Also not found using the search feature here.
I ordered one to have in case because if it fails then no way to start the car without the signal to the BCM plus no brake lights!
I cleared the code and will drive it and see if it returns.
