hey i bought the same battery a few months ago! Great battery and lightweight, your gonna be surprised when comparing. Do a write up if you have the time. I didn't have time but simple modifications to the stock bracket with the stock battery are going to be made. You will see what I mean when you are installing it. The bracket will also have a little free play, but its going to be alright. AND have a zip tie for the battery tube. (you will see what i'm talking about once you start digging into it) Good luck!

thanks i also ordered the bluetooth Antigravity Battery Tracker but its on backorder so ill get that later

did you also buy a charge just in case or no problems?

Great battery for the track!

You might consider the 30ah and save a few more lbs. That's what I did, plenty of power.....

What should the longevity and reliability be on these batteries for a summer daily driver and track car?

I talked to bart from antigravity and he suggested the 40amp one due to it being a street car still and no problems ! Its even got a lil button that comes with it to jumpstart it in emergencysb!

Sorry for checking in a little late. I did not charge but I checked beforehand if it had good voltage. And it did! So, I then installed it drove the car to charge up the battery. All good one month in. My car now starts up a little quicker. It’s a great battery. Come up to Sonoma in fall for the gt cup. I’ll be there

These are compatible with the smart charging system? I know some of the earlier Li-ion's would have intermittent problems with the cars charging system.

yup i talked to bart at antigravity he said a few other camaro/vette guys have the same one i got but he told me we need the 40amp one not the 30amp one
