Question Slight grind, lots of vibration until 2k RPM 2018 ZL1 1LE M6

Greetings fellow Camaro people. I've run into an issue that I haven't been able to figure out for a bit nor my mechanic. I'm thinking it's clutch related but not sure. Nothing has been pulled apart yet until we're sure what we're looking for.

Believed cause:
I stalled it out going approximately 5-10 MPH because I got cut off and the one time I don't put the clutch it when stopping because of trying to avoid an accident.

Symptoms:

Vibration is heavy upon startup and continues but does lessen after a little warm up Approx 600 RPM idle. Vibrations continue and get a little stronger and faster while in neutral until about 2k RPM when it pretty much disappears. Vibration is noticable in the whole car but also quite a lot in the clutch pedal and shifter knob.
Very slight grind sound near the end of the grab point when letting up the clutch, only happens occasionally, can't exactly pin point it but it depends on how exactly I take off it seems. Little slower of a take off seems to make it happen more, does seem to happen in every gear but mostly 1-4. Almost not noticeable if at all in 5-6. Sometimes it'll be every 5th-10th shift until I get a really smart grind or possibly sooner or later.

To learn more about the issue I have tried many things to discover all of these symptoms. I have also tried hammering on it through the gears and there's zero issues with that, it just goes like it always has. May be a slight slight bit of power loss? I can't really tell.

I appreciate any and all help or suggestions on this issue! My thought is that if my mechanic pulls the transmission out, I'm going to be replacing it with an OEM clutch. I say OEM because I've heard some people state issues with non-OEM ones but I'll continue to do more research.
