Pricing is stll on the high side

Looking at some Dealers who have Camaros and they are asking $40K plus for 2017s. I pulled a couple of window stickers and these were not expensive builds to begin with only option begin Auto Trans. Just because they are not being made anymore Dealers look like they want them to be lot anchors. This one took the cake 2024 2SS $81K thats ZL1 territory. What are u guys thoughts on current pricing.

No one is paying 80k for a 2ss so scratch that one out of your data sample. Here’s the thing about the pricing, while they are asking pandemic pricing, I don’t think they are actually getting it. With current interest rates people can’t afford to pay those asinine prices and banks aren’t lending amounts for more than the car is worth.

Also dealers are not paying top notch pricing for trade ins. Not even close. Personally I think people need to not be worried about low balling dealers. I promise you they low balled the seller and basically stole the vehicle from them. Don’t be afraid to offer 5k less than what the dealer has the car advertised for and meet in the middle. They are getting the cars for 5-7k less than their asking prices. They will negotiate especially if they have had the car on their lot for awhile

Right now, you should be doing atleast 10% off their listed price. And of course none of the dealer add on bs (tint, nitrogen tires, prep. Ect).

Yep. C8 Corvette Stingrays that were going for $20K over sticker a couple of years ago are now available for $10K UNDER sticker…

Sadly I could have bought a c8 for cheaper than my 2ss1le but I wanted a manual really wanted a zl1 but couldn't get an allocation dealerships are all greedy money grubbing scum of the earth. Only found 3 dealerships that were not that way in the Midwest and none of them got allocation for zl1 or 1le that I was not to far in back of line to get
