Does the ZL1 fuel pump(in tank) flow more than the SS, and are they interchangeable?
My fuel pressure is dropping to 49psi under boost and requested is 72psi.

Yes and yes. Upgrading to an LT4 in tank plus JMS voltage booster is pretty much the bare minimum to run a blower and any E at all.
