2017 ss m6 closed loop issue

I've been lurking for a while and hoping someone can help. I can not run in closed loop constantly. My wideband reads super lean, but the o2s read super rich. This happens even after waiting 15 minutes after a reflash. Disable the o2s and open loop runs perfect. I've checked for leaks around the o2 sensors and couldn't find one. I even replaced the long tubes and gaskets with a different brand but it didn't help.

My mods are 1 7/8 long tube headers with 3" flange connecting high flow cats, rotofab cold air intake. These are basic mods so I'm wondering if my o2 sensors are failing. I can drive one day for an hour or more in closed loop, but the next day it falls on its face.

I've attached a log from this morning and my tune.

Has the wiring harness on the passenger side been checked for proper clearance so it's not being burned by the header? Also check the o2 extension adapters if you used them. Usually when the o2's are going bad they don't switch properly. They will look lazy or even just hang full rich or lean.

I moved the harness behind the coolant tank so its just the hoses near the header. I didn't use extensions. The o2s I bought were long enough, this are not the stock sensors.

Looking through my log i saw one frame thats 40% rich at .502mv and another frame that 8% rich at .442, at 1000mv I'm 8% rich also. I don't think they are switching correctly.

I would put stock sensors back on it.
