shake and vibration on cold start
Is it a normal characteristic for a ZL1 to have a shake to it on a cold start and idling. It is like an old muscle car with a mild cam lope. My Sierra is also a 6.2 but idles perfectly smooth.

Mine did a little on a cold start. I swear I remember people stating they experienced it, too, like it was just an LT4-thing, and normal.
Mine does it more so, now, probably because I'm running a colder spark plug though, as the misfires go away after a minute of running, or so.

Mine has done it since I bought new last July. I just put a Corsa Extreme on and it seems like the rough lopy idle is more noticeable now but once oil temp is 200 it smooths out but still has a slight shake.

My 2017 is the same way too until the engine starts warming up!

I think the software and the wide band O2 in the C8 finally eliminated the slightly rough idle in the LT engines
