Clunking sound & car shaking when shifting to reverse/neutral or slowing down to stop

Hello

I've posted this before but just want to confirm if anyone has similar experiences or some sort.

When I was in Georgia, they checked but could not confirm that it may be the differential. During this time, shifting on reverse does not always make a sound or shake the car.. maybe 2 out of 5 times I do it. Now it does it every time.
Slowing down to a stop would very rarely clunk before. Now, it does it almost every time and clunks about 2-3 times in succession..

I moved to California and had it checked here too, but was ruled out to be normal so I did not think much about it when I was given a TSB that this is nothing to be concerned about.

It may have been ruled as normal but I can definitely feel it is now worse compared to when I was in GA and when I had it checked a few months ago here in CA

Any thoughts if this is actually normal or not?
