Hey Guys...This is a quote with parts and labor from a GM specialty shop in Garner NC. (RPM Motorsports). Anyone heard of them? Any good? My car still only has 250 miles on it. I asked them about waiting to reach a certain mileage point before modding. One of them mentioned that I could mod now, and then continue the break in process with the mods in, and said they would have recommended a break in period for their work anyway. Any truth to that? How is the price? Does this look like a good build? RWHP gains to be expected?

Parts look about right. You can check them. Labor is for a 600 am to 600 pm job. Seems about right.

My only input is every experience I have had with Kooks is good. Just up the street from race city USA.
