What rear suspension parts needed for non-1LE for track use

I have both a SS 1LE and a regular SS. I have been upgrading the SS for track use and the rear suspension needs some work. I notice the rear suspension seems to move around under load like the carrier is mounted with rubber bands. I like the way my 1LE handles on the street and track, and would like the SS to be similar. Here’s my suspension mods so far:

GM lowering springs, struts and shocks
FE4 sway bars and front lower control arms
Vorshlag camber plates on order

I’m assuming for starters I need some carrier bushings and all 4 control arms for the rear? Stock or aftermarket? I don’t want suspension noise (other than increased road noise like the 1LE) or uncomfortable street ride since the car will be for street and track.

The cradle is a big job. It took me about a day, taking my time, in my garage, on the floor. I had (4)-jacks, (2) stands, a pair of ramps, and simple tools, minus some (3)-jaw pullers. It was handy to have a big impact for the pullers to push the OEM bushings out - it saved a lot of time with a ratchet and saved my wrists, lol.

Thanks for the input. It sounds like you didn't swap out the cradle for the one with the FEA bushings in it, you just replaced the bushings in your cradle? I didn't see where that was an option. Where did you get the bushing kit?

EDIT* I see you have a ZL1. did you put a solid bushing kit in?

Also I have a lot of family in Sac-o-tomato. Lincoln area.
