Rust underneath rear wheels

Hey everyone, have kind of a weird question, swapped out my BC forged wheels back to stock yesterday and noticed on the rear axles a lot of rust. Nothing on the front. This car is garaged it's whole life and never sees rain. Why are they accumulating this and how do I prevent it?

Just clean it up and wipe with some oil. Seems normal.

Normal. I just take a wire brush to mine when I swap tires.

Nothing to worry about, the hub center bolt area looks like this on every car. As others said, just clean it (or ask the service tech) whenever the wheel comes off.

I would just clean it up and put a little fluid film and wipe off excess and don't get on the rotors
