Has anyone on here ever tried installing the RS Aluminum Grille Inserts on there LT1?

I like the idea of adding this, I checked some online and says it will fit my year model, but no info on installing, hopefully it just a plug in, but the pic of the back looks weird, no interest if it's a lot of work to do, like removing lower grill or anything, if anyone knows please let me know, thanks

I guess no one knows or has done this mod. I called the dealer and they had no clue how they install, from the looks of it, there is no way they fit, there is no place for those open hooks on the back where they are supposed to go ?
