Corsa catback question

Hey guys,

I just got a 2021 ss 1le last week and put an awe track catback on it. I don't really like it and want to go with a corsa extreme + catback. I know I have to order and wait for it. Question is: are they still coming with the secondary 🐈 delete? One is want is part# 14770. Thanks for any help!

What don't you like about the AWE system? I have the Touring and think it sounds great.

Bear in mind Corsa is terrible about shipping delivery everything. I’ve been waiting 2 months now for Corsa npp and every ETA they give has been wrong or made up or both

warranty

kinda off question, but is there an official word on if the kitty deletes void any sort of warranty?

REALLY dont wanna start ****ing with it, like a lot of others blow the motor on track, and then have to foot the bill

Massive difference between a muffler delete AWE track and your touring.

I have the corsa double x pipe and corsa npp mufflers.

The double x pipe will never come back, it’s not EPA compliant to remove the secondary cats. I went through the search of my life to try and find it and the only way I was able to was by buying an entire corsa catback that included the double x pipe, i then sold the extra mufflers. Keep in mind if its a corsa extreme catback that means its the x pipe and sport mufflers, if its a corsa extreme + then its the x pipe and the extreme mufflers. Id imagine the extreme mufflers might be easy to sell. Best of luck tracking down a new system that still has the double x pipe if you go the route i did!

Deleting your cats won’t cause you to blow your engine…. I would bet that 90% of guys that pop the motor at the track is due to mechanical overev which won’t get covered under warranty regardless of how great your lawyer is.

If you do buy a system that deletes the secondary cats just make sure to have the rear o2 sensors tuned out *before* your start the car with the new system on
