CAMARO6 with FBO, E85, CAM. Any other power options before building motor or chargin

I have a 16 Camaro 2SS. Nicknamed HELLFIRE.
Every bolt on possible. Kooks Headers with hi flow cats with MBRP CAT Backs. MSD intake manifold with 103mm throttle body. Rotofab CAI. Cammed with E85 add on. Did 500 rwhp on dyno. QUESTION IS WHAT OTHER MODS ARE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF PORTED HEADS OR FAI? ARE THERE OTHER MODS I'M MISSING FOR MORE POWER. I have 3:91 gears in my garage but have been waiting on installing them till i get feedback from someone that has already done it. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I'd say ported and milled heads, get the MSD ported, get 2" headers if you currently have 1" 7/8', lose the cats if possible, and get tuned by one of the shops that specialize in 6th gens and you should see somewhere around 570 -600 wheel hp... maybe get a velossatech for good measure.

17" wheels wrapped in NT05R's
Put something smaller/lighter up front too
Tirerack has good clearance deals on wheels

For the cost of ported heads / cam combo (labor wise), you would be well on your way to the cost of a supercharger. I would just go straight to a supercharger setup. A nice 12#s would add killer power.

500WHP with a cam and E85 seems low...

What cam spec ?

Heads you can add 20WHP/20WTQ or so. Perhaps 25...

Increased compression can add 20 more.

After that staying NA you need stroker kit basically

My Katech Stage 2 engine makes 555WHP/490WTQ on E70. Torquer LT1 cam (pretty mild), katech CNC heads, msd, 95mm ported TB, ARH headers, on a C7 vette. And I idle like stock

12# of boost on a LT1 is going to require full LT4 fuel system and a meth kit or Ms109 fuel. Won't have enough octane for 93 pump for that kind of boost. Also would be at the limit for what I would run on a SBE LT1.

Most NA guys go right to light wheels, race brakes, pull seats, 4lb battery, and drop the exhaust. Worth about 6+ mph in trap speed compared to a full weight car on 20's. So those are some things you might want to consider.

Adding a supercharger on top of what you have will likely be putting you in the upper limits of what the bottom end will tolerate. Also you will need some fuel system upgrades.
