ODB2 power for dash cam

Hi, I have recently installed a Blackvue cam with a Conecta OBD2 power adapter in my 2018 SS.

Works great but the power switches off via OBD2 after 10 mins or so, regardless of the setting on the adapter itself.

Is this a standard feature of the Camaro? I thought OBD stayed live all the time?

I've had an OwlCam until recently. It never went off.

Interesting. I wonder if it's a setting in the cam itself.
