Front Alignment threaded tool.

My ZLE is going in on Friday for a track alignment. Does anyone know the part number for the bolt or threaded tool that screws into the knuckle to assist with aligning the front struts? I tried looking it up online and searching here but have had no luck. I have the factory shop manual but do not have access to it right now.

Thanks!

No special tool needed when my alignment was done they just grabbed a bolt and threaded it in, I didn’t even note the size but it was nothing special. It’s not needed either it just makes it a little simpler and more accurate.

I think its just M10x1.5 bolt (updated) - it does allow camber to be dialed in quite easily. Most shops will have assortment of bolts laying around they can use for this purpose or you can bring your own. The little air bladders work nicely for this too.

It's a 10mmx1.5 thread, any bolt with a fair amount of thread will work, just remove it after the two strut to knuckle bolts have been torqued.

Thank you everyone! To the hardware store I go. The alignment is being done at my friend's bodyshop so I want to make it easy on them. Any suggestions on length?

Looks like M10 x 1.5mm thread pitch @ 35mm Length will work. Is Allen socket - ball end extended reach bit socket will make job cake. Might need to index wheel to clear spokes.
