Header Questions

So im looking into adding a set of LT's with a cai and a tune but i have a few questions before i start all this.

I want to keep cats on my car because i dont want to deal with the car not passing inspection. A set of TSP headers comes "catted" while a set of kooks headers comes with "Green cats". Will the kooks make a big difference over the tsp just because of the green cats ?

Another question i have is since my car is auto and i buy a set of headers with the x pipe mid pipe will it fit since i have the afm valves on the car? Or will that not matter since im getting the car tuned anyway and they can tune out the afm? The only exhaust mod i have as of right now is a set of Awe Track Edition axlebacks. I have a 2018 ss btw

The "green cats" will be more applicable in higher horsepower applications such as F/I. If you're remaining with fill bolt ons the TSP cats will get the job done too. I believe the difference between catless and catted is only 2-4rwhp from what I last heard.

And since you're getting tuned anyways you don't really need to worry about the AFM valves BUT you'll need to spend a credit to unlock the FSCM module and then it can be tuned out.
