Hello, I’m having issues with my Camero 6 2SS. I recently visited an automatic car wash where they have a machine where they pull your tire with the automatic machine. I’m not sure what happened but I think the machine damaged my vehicle. The car sometimes doesn’t let me do a full u-turn and it gets hard making turns. As if it’s locking. When the lock occurs, some of my electronically panels shut off for a brief second “dashboard shuts off and A/C briefly shuts off.” I’m not sure if something like my axel is bent for example, I’m not sure if I need an alignment or if it’s an electronical computer issue.

Car mostly make issue when making u-turns and sometimes when I’m at a stand still stop light. I turn the steering wheel full left and right and it resists.

P.S. I recently changed my battery to a yellow top. Oil change was done last week.

How many miles?

I wonder if the car wash track pinched some wiring or even bent some steering components. I would definitely get it on a lift/jacked up and inspect underneath. There is a lot of stuff down there that could be damaged.

Have it checked by dealer. There was a recall on electric steering.
