New member, new 1le, few questions

I've been a long time lurker around here, reading reviews of the the 6th gen camaro. This past week I was able to purchase a 2018 1le camaro.

Man, what a car!

I plan on tracking it occasionally, as I got to experience road atlanta in a 2017 zo6 riding shotgun and i knew then that autocrossing was something i wanted to get into. I have a few questions for you guys

What is the projection feature on the infotainment screen? And does anyone know if chevy has plans to bring more apps to it, like spotify?

When seasoning the brakes, what is the best way to do this? Just on a back road and hope the police dont come by?

I've seen mixed reviews on the quality and care of the black hood. Is there a general consensus on how to best care for it?

And from what I've seen on here the whole break in procedure has been hotly debated. I'm trying my best to follow it but I'll be honest, it's hard to do as this car can just scream to 130 mph. I've seen guys say OnStar can monitor your breakin and void your warranty, has anyone actually ever heard of chevrolet doing something like that? Seems crazy

Here are a couple pics of the car

Any precut available that you know of? And is there a brand that the forum uses?

Projection feature is for Android Auto / Apple Carplay. Hook your phone into the USB ports of the center console.

Hood wrap - I got a bottle of the Adam's matte detail spray, but I think it gets splotchy no matter what. It's a wrap... I'm going to let mine go until I can't stand it anymore and get it replaced with a satin wrap.

Break in - I took it easy until about 600 miles, did my first oil change then. Got on it a little harder until this past weekend when I did the second oil change and rear diff fluid at 1700 miles. Now it's time to let 'er rip

I think Xpel has precut film available on their website, but it's not cheap.

And welcome to the black 1LE club! I recommend debadging and tinted sidemarkers

If you don't have that kind of restraint, this might not be the right car for you.

I like the ZL-1 rockguards I installed.

Hmm, no. I mean I have restraint but it's a little more about wanting to feel the power of my 40k plus investment. Really my question in the first place was in reference to the people I've seen mention about OnStar monitoring you and having chevrolet later on give people problems, citing a bad break in or something. To me that seems intrusive and damn near illegal.
