What kind of hp should I expect?

Well, after my previous post about my engine blowing up, we decided to go with a LME 416 ci long block. Paired to that will be a Procharger D1SC, full bolt ons, procharger intake manifold, and a allycontrol methanol system. My tuner explained that I will be down on power by a lot because I don’t want to touch my fuel system and put e85 in the car. I don’t have any e85 stations even remotely close to me and filling up jugs is just too much of a hassle...also the system costs something like 4.5k and install which is just not worth it to me for now. Honestly I would be happy with anything above 650 but at this point I really don’t know what to expect.
