Should I remove the driveshaft to pull the engine out?

Tmr, I am planning to pull my engine out.
A question is ..
Do I need to remove the driveshaft to tilt A8 trans in order to pull out the engine?
As you know, to remove the driveshaft, there are bunch of the extra works.
If not, it seems much easier.

Probably not if its just s a slight Trans tilt and won't put any pressure on it.
