2.0L Turbo

Just wondering people's thoughts on the 2.0L Camaros?

I think if you are in an area like I am with a harsh Winter in Canada. The 6.2L would be next to useless. But the 2.0L 2LT is nice because you get the features of an SS, with a fast motor but it's manageable in the Winter.

Thoughts?

Never got to drive the v8. However, I love my little 4 banger and it does just fine in the PA winters. Just put a good set of rear tires on it.

I had been driving Ram trucks the past 8 years so for me going to the 2.0T was actually an improvement performance wise over the V8. Do I miss the sound yes, but the Camaro is a very nice and balanced car to drive.
We never have real winters like you have in Canada. Just before Christmas we had a unseen snowstorm here with 20cm's of snow (and 1200 km of traffic jams ). I drive on the original all season tires and while all BMW's & Mercs where stuck the I4 soldiered on with ease so that was a nice surprise.

Love my 2.0. Plenty of power for the Belgian roads, and easy on the taxes Allthough I also miss the sound of my GMC V8.
I drove a V6 this summer, and I prefer it over the I4 only for sound and in the higher rpm’s, however I4 has a little more torque down low, and feels more nimble, so perfectly happy with my Camaro

Where you from Nick? I’m from Sint-Niklaas, you don’t see a lot of them around here

Ah cool, Lokeren not too far away. I know of 1 other in Lokeren a black one. Besides that I've not seen another Camaro on the road and I drive a lot . I picked up the car in august, bought it from Buga. So far I'm very happy with it.

Nice! I allready met the Black one, mine’s also black. I know of a yellow one in Sint-Gillis-waas, but other than that I have never spotted a sixth gen ‘in the wild’ here I bought mine at Handiri, I know he has not the best reputation, but the price was good, so I hope chevy made a descent car all I ever rode was chevy/GMC
