ZL1 ROTO FAB question
I was wondering why some people do not add the plastic tube connecting to the throttle body directly from roto-fab instead they use the stock one from gm. Is the stock one better? does it fit properly with the roto?

Could be so the MAF doesn't go bonkers. Even the the standard RF alleges it doesn't require a tune (and for the record, mine didn't), but it could be those people didn't have the same luck. I'd imagine if they used the OEM elbow, it was to keep a code from popping up.
I wouldn't know for certain though. I didn't have that issue.

I used and followed RF instructions on my 23 ZL1, I haven't seen or read this not using it anywhere.

Yeah havent heard that. Before the maggie went on mine, I used the complete RF kit (non BG), and it worked great. Lots more scream from the factory blower.

I have never heard of this before either and I’m not sure if the stock intake tube would hook up to the RotoFab intake anyway.
