I can get a LT4 main unit for 1k is it worth it? also does anyone know if there is a parts list for the parts i would need? Would this come in lower than 5k ?

ADM sells everything you need less a blower for $3500...
They also sell a kit WITH a blower for $5k with a 1 year parts warranty. So basically if you're getting an LT4 main unit for 1k... you'd save $500 or so, but likely no warranty.
