Hood Wrap Bubbling

Hi, I just picked up my SS 1LE and when taking delivery, I noticed that the hood wrap had a small area of bubbling. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes and it's been a serious PITA dealing with Rydell Chevy to get it fixed. Constant runarounds, I've been waiting 5 weeks now to get it re wrapped from them.

My car had some scuf marks on the hood when it came off the truck, instead of try to go through the hassle of getting it set up to be rewraped the dealer just hooked me up with a $500 accessory credit. Not bad since my quote to have it wrapped is only $300.

I had a similar issue when picked up 2 months ago. They all went away when it got warm from the engine and also sitting outside in a few warm days.

Same situation here. Noticed it on final inspection and still no dealer can figure out what to do. I've had the car over a month now and I don't even have a direction to resolve yet.

I just pushed the bubbles back down when the engine was hot. Haven't had any come back for about a month now.

My car came off of the truck from Lansing with a bubble under the wrap. The dealership fixed it and replaced the chin splitter which was damaged in shipping for free. I think the new wrap is actually a higher quality one than what was on it originally.

Did they take it to a shop or have someone come on site?

They had a local company come to the dealership and do it. They did an excellent job and it was handled within a day.

Thank you for the input, I have an appointment with the dealer this week for them to take a look at it, I hope it goes well.
