I'd have to agree. Look at the paint names they're using.....not Camaro paint names.

Looks like Automotive touchup paint named these. Perhaps GM did not give them permission to use the stock names? I will say though Automotive touchup does make a good product.

I can vouch for the red and silver. I have the silver and a buddy has the red.

See if there is anyone local that will swap deck lids for you. I'd love to swap a hyper blue lip spoiler deck lid for my SS.

Those are the right colors, in fact sometimes you can find those names on some camaro parts. I think GM engineering has internal names for the paint codes when they are created and then I'm sure the marketing team comes along and renames them to something that would sell better. Red Rock Metallic was originally called Tin Roof Rusted. I'm sure some engineer thought that was hilarious and then someone from marketing/branding almost had a heart attack about using the word "rusted" to describe the paint. Same goes for pull me over red...don't want to condone that type of behavior

Perfect off market sopiler

I bought these from ebay colored for my Night Fall Gray exterior and it matched perfect. No darker or no lighter.

Couldn't be happier, though it took minor drill on my rear and installation was a breeze, as I installed it on my LT1 V6.
Paid $108 with shipping.

My original intent was to return if the color didn't match. But ended up installing on my own.

The names of the colors come from the GM Design Center. When GM elects a paint color it is assigned a code and the design team gives them stupid names that a tween would come up with. You'll notice the recent colors are by millennials due to the poor grammar and spelling.

Once one of these colors is selected for use on a production vehicle, the vehicle design team will give it a name that is unoffensive. Future vehicles within the same brand that use that color will mostly stick to the first vehicle teams name idea, but in some cases they will elect a different name. From brand to brand they will always pick a different name to denote separation.
