Oil LIfe Monitor

I've had my 2SS for a couple of weeks now, 300 miles and no issues yet. I do have a couple of questions which I could not find the answer to in the owners manual. First, how do I display the oil life percentage in the driver information center? Secondly, I checked the fluids when I got home after delivery, oil was good, everything else looked fine except the windshield washer fluid reservoir. I added fluid up to the cap and went on my way. Checked it again after about a 100 miles and the tank is bone dry! There is no indication of a leak on my garage floor. So anybody got any ideas as to where that stuff is going?? Thanks, and loving it so far. CE

Using the settings button in the DIC make sure you have the OLM page enabled.

For the Washer Fluid - how long did you wait after you filled it before you closed it up? I ask because if it was really low, it fills for a time, gurgles some as the air purges out, and then needs to be filled some more. Just a thought.

This video walks you through all the display options.
It is worth watching.

O.K. I got the OLM to show up, Finally!! Not sure what the he!! I did. What I would like to do is turn on ALL the pages. In the video I can't tell what actual keystrokes he is using. Sorry to be such a pain, I'm usually at least adequate with new tech. Thanks CE

Checked it by looking, or it would not squirt?
I can't find a low reservoir warning indicator in the manual. Maybe we don't have one. I have not gone through my first tank yet.

Thanks, I added some more fluid and it now appears to be full(it did the first time also). That tank is quite small, could be the first time it took the fluid some time to settle, I don't know I'll keep an eye on it, since it doesn't appear to be leaking anywhere. Since I'll hardly ever drive this car in the rain, I probably won't be using the fluid anyway. So pretty much "Never mind"---ce

You use the 4 way toggle on the right side of the steering wheel.

Snipped this pic from the 2016 Owners Manual. Lots of info about the DIC starting on page 124 and the instrument cluster starting on page 106. What you can and can't do.

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

Thanks I'm very familiar with those directional arrows, but turning on those pages is still alluding me. I'll keep fooling with it, I don't give up easily, haha--ce
