One of Fox News favorite cars for 2016
Camaro!
The sixth generation Camaro is a pony car for the CrossFit era. It’s light and tight, powerful and quick, and has the trim, chiseled looks of someone who just climbed Mt. Midoriyama. With its 335 hp, the V6 model may go down in history as the best naturally-aspirated six-cylinder American sports car ever made, but the 455hp V8-powered Camaro SS will let you slam the buzzer with time to spare http://www.foxnews.com/auto/2016/12/...ucks-2017.html |

Getting tired of the term "pony car" being used. What tab is it under on Chevy's homepage? That's right, the "performance" tab
Sports car? Sure. Muscle car? Maybe. Performance car? Oh yes! Just my opinion though.

The Camaro has been a "Pony Car" since it was released in 1967. Back then Muscle Cars usually were intermediate size with Big Block engines. So, they came up with "Pony Car" for the smaller Camaro, Mustang, Javelin, Cuda, etc. Not sure about the Pony Car class these days, but some traditions are hard to break.
