Got my headers ceramic coated and wow!

I purchased these stainless Kooks headers from a forum member here used. They where a little beat up and had a few marks here and there but still in good shape. I sent them to Calico Coatings in north Carolina for ceramic coating and the pictures just don't do them justice. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! Perfectly even surface, no bubbles or signs of the old marks! Highly recommend Calico if your thinking about doing this. Super nice customer service (really professional) and for less than 300 all said and done these things are shinny shinny shinny. Had to give them a shout out.

should'a got them done in white https://www.jet-hot.com/gallery

They will lose luster over time with no upkeep. I have found that periodic rub down with Never Dull works good to keep them shiny.

I was never after shinny. I wanted the under hood temps to stay down and for a few extra horses. The shinny is just a bonus!

I was just about to say that the real benefit of the coating is to keep temps under the hood down, the fact that they look shinny is just a bonus!
