I have had my ATAK system on for about 1000 miles, haven't seen that happen. I have never heard of needing to get a dealer service just because you get a new exhaust. I would go back to the shop that installed it and have them check all the places where you have pipes coming together to make sure their are no leaks and all the connections are tight.

I have the ATAK system too. (Even h pipe). No codes. I bet there is a leak or something has come loose.

I've never dealt with this. Why all of a sudden would this happen now? The light came on when I was accelerating. Thanks.
I wonder if you have the recalled system. Call Borla and see if yours is part of the recall. Someone said in another thread that no holes were drilled in his AFM valves. This could be really bad on your engine if your exhaust has nowhere to go in v4 mode!

I think your AFM valves were not reconnected.

Here's a pic of the bad valves.

I would not want to be the warehouse guy that "accounted for all the bad ones already".

I was referring to the factory AFM valves. Before cutting the factory pipes to fit the cat-back, the shop should've disconnected the AFM valve connectors to avoid electro-static shock to the electronics. If the installer didn't know about them, he could have damaged them. But since the pipes won't drop free without disconnecting, I think it is unlikely and my guess was that he forgot to reconnect them during assembly.

Glad it was just a lean mix code, but odd that you got it. Dealer offer any insight to the cause?
