GM thought the Gen 5 wouldn't take off in the UK but it's been well received. Not many over here (I'd guess maybe 200-ish) but more arriving as personal imports every week. I spoke to the ONLY UK dealer only two weeks ago and he has been told if he sells his initial batch he can get more.
Contrary to what Drewpycock says, there ain't many RHD mustangs here yet - A near neighbour has just ordered a fastback and been told he won't get it 'til spring 2017.

I feel the Camaro should've been designed as a global vehicle as well. Waiting a year isn't encouraging for potential customers & the 2016+ Camaro needs all the sales it can get.
Ford is selling all of the RHD 2015+ Mustangs it can build. It's also the first sports car to ever outsell the 911 in Germany.

Meanwhile in Germany :
Ford sold 780 Mustangs last month, compared to the Audi TT’s 708, Porsche 911's 752, Mercedes SLC’s 364 and the Camaro’s measly 18.

Dont think you can compare a $45000 Mustang against a $105000 911.....
Still a very good result for the Mustang in the land of M3,S4 etc!

My office in E1 1AA - centre of town mate - I'm there every day of the week. Seen a red fastback and a grey ragtop. Total 2. Your mates comment about Camaros deffo true; I only seen three in town since I started work there in June 2011...

Yep, agree this - why oh why GM aren't offering RHD I couldn't guess but I know this - If they shipped the four-pot (not my choice but hey it's a Camaro) here it would sell by the shipload. Would make a nice change from all that Deutsche-pig iron.

I'd actually (honestly) prefer to tool around in a 2017 5.0 Mustang in the UK than an Audinary TT, Merc SLK or BMW - see 'em all over the place in the UK. Good to be different.
