First flat tire :(

So I'm driving home on the freeway right now at 12am. I'm halfway home when I see the alert on my screen. Tire pressure low. It drops so fast from 29 psi all the way down to 0. I stop at a gas station to try to put air and I hear it coming out. I don't see a nail or anything but it's definitely got a hole somewhere. They are run flats so I drive the remaining 5 miles home.

I'm a newbie so, what do I do? Are run flats repairable or do I need to get a new tire? Will it be completely flat by the morning or will i still be able to drive it a few miles to a tire shop? Is it best to take it to my local dealership? Not sure what to do :( I wasn't expecting to run into tire problems at 8,000 miles.

Replace only.
Shop around for best price.

I am surprised that since this area is sponsored by tire rack that they don't have special pricing on replacement tires for us......or on anything. ????

Don't be surprised when they quote you a price to replace a run flat tire. They are extremely expensive.

I have had a screw in my runflats...tire shop was able to patch without any issue...only difference they told me was due to run flat sidewall design...the hole couldnt be close to sidewall...

Dealers want to replace the tire rather than patching it. That really comes from GM, as litigation wise , it's just the safe play. But you can patch the tire from the inside, if it's in the tread like this - not the sidewall. Any discount tire or good tire shop can do it as long as they have runflat tire changing equipment. And that is very important.

Ya like others have said as long as it isn't in the sidewall just plug it. I know a couple of guys who have plugs in their C7 Z06 and do 1/4 mile runs and really drive them hard. No problems.
