I just want to make sure this keeps me in FS

I read through the SCCA regs and I believe the only thing I can change out is the sway bars and end link bushings right? The regs mention a single sway bar but I assume they mean a single sway bar on each half of the car. Or does that mean I can only switch out one of the 2 sway bars? Anyone swap out bars yet and see any difference in only swapping out sway bars? I have MRC so will not be changing struts.

I can use a replacement filter but I can not get an intake as well I believe.

You can change _one_ sway bar, not both. Bushings and endlinks are free for the end that you change the sway bar on. So if you change a front bar, you can also swap front links and bushings but then you can not touch the rear at all.

Yes, you can only use a drop in filter replacement. Rotis has the right front bar, from Strano, I believe.

I have the Strano bar also- I still need to do some more testing with it, but I have MRC also. I have 2 events on it on the softest setting, but I'm done with autocross until the spring. The nice feature is that it has 3 settings.

Ok thanks guys. Any benefit to changing 1 bar on these or are these pretty neutral as is? I had an adjustable rear bar on a car I used to Solo in about 15 years ago that worked well and it helped with understeer but I have yet to get the Camaro on track or even driven it spiritedly as it only has 430 miles on it so far.

Stock, the Camaro has a tendancy to understeer quite a bit at the limit. With a front sway bar and track alignment, the car feels much more neutral handling at the limit.

What works for one car may not for another. Like fighting irish said, the SS understeers at about mid-corner to corner exit on tight corners. Corner entry and larger radius corners or higher speed corners/sweepers the car is fairly neutral. This has been my experience so far, at least. This car will benefit from a front bar to help control the front camber curve (tire contact patch - grip) and shift some load to the rear tires for better corner exit throttle-on grip. Add in some front negative camber (-1.5 to -2.0 is doable). A rear sway bar, I think, could work, but it's an attempt to make the car rotate at the expense of rear grip and making the car unstable outside of tight corners.
