6th gen true dual exhaust?

Has there been any word on producing a true dual/header back exhaust system for the 6th gens yet?

I'm a tad confused by your question, they come stock with tri-y "headers", two separate catalytic converters, two seperate resonators, they merge into an X-pipe but this has been proven to be beneficial in regards to power, then they do go back into 1 HUGE muffler, then back out as duals. The only thing that would be needed to make it a "true dual" exhaust would be taking out the single HUGE muffler and putting two smaller mufflers in. Most all the axle back kits do this, or you could go to a custom exhaust shot and have it done. These cars don't come with a Y-pipe like the gen3&4 camaros.

The one huge muffler is still split in the middle internally and has separate pipes per side so it's still true duals. It's not just one big chamber in there.

You can get an entire system from headers to mufflers from Stainless Works, kooks, and ARH. If you have NPP and want to keep it adjustable, stainless works is currently your only choice for a full system with valves

For NPP, I believe Hooker Blackheart system is also available as of now and Borla should be released in April.

I also have heard that Magnaflow & Flowmaster will offer NPP options in the near future as well.

That is correct. We will be releasing an active exhaust system for the 6th gen Camaro in the next few months. We will definitely be keeping Camaro6 forum members posted.
