Bad day at the dealer
I took my car to the dealer yesterday to have the black emblems installed that were optioned on my car and pick up the all weather floor mats. After waiting 2 hours they bring the car back and say here you go. Wrong floor mats in the car. No big deal. Then I look at the emblems. Hand prints all around the trunk and hood. They scratched the car around the rear emblem taking it off. They tried taking black emblems off of another Camaro on the lot and installed them on my car.
 They used the wrong adhesive and stacked the adhesive on top of each other so there is almost a 1/4" gap between the emblem and the scratched trunk lid. Then I go to the front and the emblem is loose on the car. The dealer is 2 hours from me so they gave me another 2SS to drive until mine is done and they are going to deliver my car to me. I was not very happy with them at all. I hope when the car gets back to me it looks like it did when I took it there in the first place other than the emblem color. On a side note, the car they gave me had 100 miles on it. It has the 8sp auto and my car is a 6spd. The car has horrible wind noise coming from the windshield and the there is engine noise in the radio along with a whistling at low throttle cruising. I miss my car after 1 day. |

Sorry to hear about your car. Hope they fix it right. The whistling is normal from what I was told because mine does it too on low end decel/acelleration

Don't let dealer do things u can easy do ur self. N if u ever need advice we r here

Sorry to hear your dealer is an idiot, but there in NO NOISE from the engine being heard from the radio. The SS does not have this!!
