Under hood progress
Starting to work my "red accent" motif under the hood. Started with the Mishi- Catch can. Found a sweet real Carbon Fiber plenum cover that I had on my C7, fits perfect except for (2) holes missing where the hoses cross over, Mr.drill took care of that. My intent is not to go overboard here, just to replicate the red accents from the outside and use them where it makes sense and not just to do it.
Painted the hood pistons RED, as well as most of the filler caps. I have a River City set of painted Fuel Rail covers ( Red with black lettering) on the way. Maybe an under hood cover...if I see one that is subtle. |

Like the badge placement. Did you order a spare or remove them from the fenders? Been thinking about painting my caps too. Any trouble or just can of spray paint?

Good eyes !! You are correct ...they came off the sides the day I got it ..my first Mod actually. I had River City do some "Red SS" badges with red center and all edges blacked out.

Was toying with pulling the panel under it (radiator shield) and adding color but do not want to go overboard
