How is this possible? I must be missing something. Anyone care to shed some light on how they are able to knock off 5-7k off of MSRP already?

Exactly with every single rebate and incentive you could get it for this price. But probably won't qualify for all of them.

There is always a catch when you see something like this. How can they be the "only" dealer in the nation offering something like this? I'd bet it's employee pricing along with a ton of other incentives. It's slick marketing to get you in the door.

Here is an example of how a real dealers advertises discounts. This leaves no questions as to the qualifications:

December of 2014 we received similar deal. MSRP was $29K and change walked out the door after taxes and fees right at $23K.

WOw, they have 57 2016 Camaro's in stock or on order. That's a lot of volume to move.

Even with the $500 "Farm Bureau" and $1000 conquest discount that's a pretty steep amount off of MSRP

I guess my point was that it CAN happen and you CAN get that price. However, I agree with you that it's a shady form of marketing to mark those prices online as the sale price.. When in reality you can only get that price if you qualify for every rebate/incentive that they have included in the price.
