Options and Pricing

Probably a dumb question, but does anyone have any indication as to when we will be able to build our own car on the chevy website or when we will be available to see the different options and standard equipment on each model? I was completely considering a gen6 as my next car but with my recent visit to a dodge dealership and driving a scat pack, that has thrown a wrench in my plans. Fortunately, with the way scat packs are selling right now, it looks like I'll have to order one to get one so it gives me some time to look over the decision.

Dealers do have access to view all options available for the 4 trim levels, no prices yet though. I already ordered my 2SS, dealer can't submit the order yet, rumor is that they can be submitted on July 23rd, but not official yet...as far as building one on Chevy's website, who knows, I would assume sometime after orders can be submitted to GM.

They did mention late summer for the car customizer, so you can view all the options and packages.

The build your car and pricing on the website probably won't come along until late August or September at the earliest, but we are supposed to get a configurator without pricing sometime soon.

The quick build sheets have been posted here, but many, including myself don't think all of the options are listed on it yet, or if they are even all correct. There are things missing, such as dual mode exhaust.

This.
Dual mode is listed, I had my dealer select it for me.

Is the dual mode exhaust standard? Been trying to find a concrete answer but can't.

Here's my guesstimate on a few popular options= Dual Mode Exhaust=$1195, 8 Speed Auto=$1795, Mag Ride Suspension=$1795. Same or extremely similar to the vette that I just built(same parts, why would they be priced different). I noticed one of the guys here just ordered a limited slip diff with the auto transmission. If that's correct, thank you Chevy!

The auto is not going to $1795, it is $1195 on the current 5th gen right now, no way there will be a $600 increase. I say $100 more at most, $1295. Dual mode right now is $895 on the 5th gen, except it to be pretty similar, MRC should be a little cheaper than the Vette on the 6th gen, probably $200 less.
