Z28 & race ramps
So since I'm all done with the "free" oil changes from Chevy it's time to do my own.. I was looking at getting race ramps but my concern is if they would work with the z28 splitter? Would the splitter clear the ramps?

Make your own if you have some handy man skills...
figure out how high you want to raise it... You could make an 8" lift ramp with a 10' board ... 2"x10"x10' Base board 4ft 2nd 3ft 3rd 2ft 4th 1ft Put at least a 45 cut at the beginning of each board so it is easy to drive up Only down side is weight |

Take a yard stick slide it in till it meets the base of tire. Now pull the other end up till it hits the bottom of the splitter. This will give you the aproch angle and height of ramp. Now you also have to condsider how much the car settels to with you in it.

We use the 7' long race ramps to drive the car on to the trailer, with out any problems, but that only gets you 9" off the ground, don't know if that helps.

Highly Recommend
I use the 2 piece race ramps with the optional extension to address the spoiler. They are very light and easy to store. One other thing I like is you can remove the second piece and extension after you drive on there which allows you to get a jack under there if you need to. Once I have the Z on the front ramps I jack the rear up and slide my old rhino ramps under the rear wheels so I can also service the rear differential. I can slide on my crawler front to back to inspect everything before a track day. I don't trust regular jack stands. I also recommend you get some jack pads from zl1 addons.

Skip the ramps unless you really need them. 2 sets of jack stands and a good floor jack, get the car in the air and level to do any fluid changes.
