Livernois EcoBoost Tuning!

So spent the day at Livernois getting an updated tune for the Alky Controls methanol injection kit... Here are the dyno results!

Stock tune - 300 WHP / 307 WTQ

LMS Stage 4+ - 325 WHP / 360 WTQ

LMS Stage 4+ & Methanol - 359 WHP / 397 WTQ

So at the crank with the 4+ and methanol we are looking at about 450 HP and close to 500 ft/lbs!!! Now to hit the track!!

And the sheet:

Thanks to Rick and Dan at Livernois for the outstanding customer service as always!!!

Cool, was the meth run at the same boost as stage 4 tune?

I usually see more of an increase on Evo's and STI's after a meth kit and tune but that's probably because of the higher boost in their new meth tunes.

Upped the boost a little bit, but not much... I asked a lot of question but didn't ask specifically how much... I will need to do some data logging and compare the boost... We decided to go with a nice conservative tune.... Hopefully can get to the track in the next couple of weeks!

guessing that discussion should happen in the feedback section or PM? Not trying to play moderator here but I also don't want this thread to turn into a a debate about Livernois...

As it turns out the F-150 EcoBoost has an encrypted computer! Despite that Livernois just finished up their tunes! The EcoBoost in the F-150 is bit different than the one in the Flexes, SHOs, etc. That being said, the F-150 saw even BIGGER gains with the Livernois tune!

Thanks for the kind words! Can't wait to see some 12-second ET's!!!

We're working on some exhaust, engine, and turbo mods.

We recently bought an engine for development...

I was going to document the entire tear-down, unfortunately the guys in engine build got excited to see what was inside..
