the thing is they have been drug cartels that have been killing mexican troops and using there uniforms. this could have been a test on the drug cartels tempting the Us to see how we would respond.

This isn't even news.
The guys got lost and once your on the bridge, you can't turn back. It clearly states that CBP was informed by authorities that they were on there way.

lol, so, when they crossed that giant river, they didn't think to themselves, "hey, I think we took a wrong turn somewhere"

Coming from the Mexican side of the border, it is still physically possible to make a U-turn before you get to the border patrol station. But they kept right on driving up to and through the station.

This is an issue.

The fact that they were able to go past the Mexican-side border patrol station without being stopped and redirected is an even bigger issue.

this is nothing new. a couple years ago the border patrol was surrounded by armed mexican troops on our side.
if you want a real story , yesterday some anarchy group hacked into our sheriff's computers and stole all kind of personal information on the sheriff's and they claim they're going to release it because they are pro-illegal.

Not all border crossings are the same. I've been to one where a major city street turns into a bridge and it's impossible to turn back.
