Anyone going please take detailed pics, interior and exterior, engine too. And ask lots of questions!

Sad that we have to remind people to do this.

Also, see if you can't get anything out of anyone about when pricing, or weight details could be released.

Maybe ask and see if they will at least tell you if we should expect much of a price jump at all on base models and base SS models.

This goes for you folks going to Camaro5Fest too!!!

I see Chevy made the same spelling error - "debute". Nothing like reinforcing the Camaro's stereotypical image as the knuckle-dragger's vehicle of choice...

What led Chevy to debut the car in a hicktown like St Catherines (pop. 131k) when the GTA, with a population of about 6 million, is 90 minutes up the road? - beyond dumb, and a lost opportunity for a big audience here.

They're bringing it to the GM engine plant in St. Catherines. This is a yearly show which makes planning a lot easier for GM to bring the 6th gen here...

Ask if the manual LT1 will still have the AFM lifters.

Yes. Please do. That would be helpful for those (like me) trying to decide which tranny to go with.

Do the AFM lifters cause problems in Camaros? A quick glance at a Google search list suggests they have in other GM applications....

Any new news on this yet today? I "googled" for images of the 6th gen from this event, but got no results with the 6th gen in them.

I was here to day. The car is badass. Amazing in pictures, BETTER in person. I don't like the wing but it looks better in person... I'd still remove it. They didn't reveal until late in the day. My lady and I got there pretty early so and learned they wouldn't debut the car till later (I couldn't find any info on when the car would be shown online so I just went early). So we went up to Niagara on the Lake for lunch and hangout till the 6gen was revealed. We got back around 330 and people were already leaving show, convoys of Chevy vehicles racing away but the 6gen was still out.

At this point we were crunched for time so I didn't take pictures, I just wanted to experience the car myself as much as possible. Exterior was awesome and interior fantastic. I was pleased my lady thought the car looked awesome too because the real test was about to happen. She is a petite 4'11... and much to my horror couldn't see over the steering wheel even with the seat full up... just like in the 5th gen. She offered to give it a test drive with a pillow/booster cushion when we can, but was pretty sceptical and views it as a safety concern (which it is). She did think it was badass though so hopefully she can get excited.

So me getting this car just became much more up in the air! Haha damn it =(
