Question Where To Get H-Pipe From

I'm making a custom 3inch exhaust and want to get a 3inch h-pipe. I can't find anywhere online that sells them. I don't understand why all aftermarket catbacks are x-pipe and you can also buy x-pipes separately easily. H-pipe sounds better and deeper, x-pipe may give u a couple extra horsepower so what's the logic?? The mustang system are usually offered in both x and h configurations.
So if anyone can link me to an h-pipe for camaro I can buy online that would be great.

if you can weld and have a hole saw you don't need to buy an h-pipe.

If you can't just get a universal H-pipe.

Its about demand and the x is usually easier to buy pre-made and the H is usually just easier to weld from straight pipe so they aren't as many pre-made.

Where's the best place to install a H pipe since our exhaust is so narrow???

A specifically made part and custom exhaust are contradictory terms. You need to decide what you want.

FYI , my 14 1LE has long tubes and HF cats and the MBRP 3 inch cat back wit no resonator X pipe and a very very deep sounding exhaust . I do not think an H piped would be any deeper.

Never mind. What would I need to get to attach down to 2.5inch cause I don't want to weld it to the cats. Wanna use stock clamps for cats.

An H pipe has a deeper tone.

You buy a universal H pipe kit, cut out a portion of stock pipe, weld in. Don't use clamps on such a short tie-in section.

No the stock catback is getting fulling removed. Like I said this is going to be a 3INCH exhaust with 3inch mufflers (haven't decided what yet). I have longtube headers and highflow cats. The cats neck down to 2.5 inch.

So buy a THREE INCH kit. This isn't that complicated.
