Checking to see if little "quirks" are normal ...

Hello again everyone ...

Had my 1SS L99 car for about 2 1/2 weeks now and still getting used to it ... I must say it is a very different car than all the others I've owned ...

Anyone else with an automatic car feel the gas pedal is very "touchy"? A little too heavy with the right foot and she "jumps" out of the gate ... much more so than my last 2 cars ('08 TBSS and '07 C6 A6) ... almost to the point of being "jerky" ...

That being said, I wonder if this is one of those problems cured by the old "Fuse Pull" trick ... I was reading that thread and I saw a "jerky" symptom mentioned ... my car still has less than 500 miles on it ...

Thanks in advance ....

Bowtie Junkman. First of all congrats on getting your new Camaro!! Have you posted pics? The "quirk" you've described has been noticed by others on this Forum; I, too, experienced the same. You will get used to the sensitivity of the accelerator with more use. I essentially did a "fuse pull" on my right foot to fix the problem. Now I don't even notice it. Relax and Enjoy your new ride!
