Stock ZL1 20x10 and 20x11 wheel weight?
Does anyone know stock wheel weight for the regular ZL1 20x10 front and 20x11 rears wheels? After google searches and forum searches I can only come up with the weights for the 19" ZL1 1LE stockers. Thanks

My bathroom scale gave 67lbs front and 68lbs rear with RE980AS tires mounted. Subtracting published weights for the tires, it would give 33lbs/wheel front and rear. I would assume the rears are heavier, and there's some error there because bathroom scales are not exactly precision instruments.
Over 30lbs, anyway... HEAVY. |

I posted in a thread last November that the 20" OEM wheels on the standard ZL1 weigh approximately 31 lbs per wheels. The 19" ZL1 1LE wheels weigh 26.8 lbs for the fronts and 27.1 lbs for the rears.
I replaced the OEM 20" inch wheels on my ZL1 with a set of HRE FF04s and saved almost 7 lbs of unsprung weight per corner. As Rodan said, the OEM wheels are heavy.

Thanks so much for the answer guys. Hawk02 I must have misread your thread because I did see your post, but must have looked over the standard ZL1 wheel weight in it.
