Long live the pushrod!

That first description you listed doesn't exist, as Ron said.

What you really need to know when checking for V8 parts is whether you are a J or W code. J is L99/Auto Trans, W is an LS3/Manual trans. This is the 8th digit of your VIN and is usually how you will see things listed. Based on your VIN (J), you have an automatic with the L99. A lot of parts sites will not explicitly list parts for LS3 vs L99 and will instead use this VIN code.

Example of parts listing:

2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Coupe 2-Door 6.2L 6162CC 376Cu. In. V8 GAS OHV Naturally Aspirated (W)

2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Coupe 2-Door 6.2L 6162CC 376Cu. In. V8 GAS OHV Naturally Aspirated (J)

What parts are you looking for? The same part # may populate regardless of which selection you make on the engine choice.

Agreed. What parts are you buying? Other than camshaft, lifters, timing sprocket... Pretty much all parts on the engine can be shared.
